Biermann, 27, plus their own two boys Kroy Jr. and Kash Kade will now be parents to five kids. Kim recently told E! News:
'I don't know if I could love anybody else's children as much as Kroy loves the girls,' . 'I just don't know if I have it in me.'
Us Weekly reported last month that the blonde reality star 'loves being pregnant' and that she is hoping her new child is a girl.
