Okay this is what's up! Grammy Award-nominated rapper 2 Chainz is making healthy moves as he  joins E.R. physician Dr. Travis Stork from the hit day time show 'The Doctors" to snap in the kitchen to share some of his tasty looking favorite recipes from his new cookbook,  'Meal Time 2 Chainz Tour Bus Cookbook'.

"I'm a rap artist first, but at the same time, I understand that I do have a platform. I just try to share some of the things, which would be a healthy lifestyle," 2 Chainz says, peep the Snappers getting it down in the kitchen inside.

2 Chainz met up with Dr. Travis Stork, to shows off a few of his healthy Southern food recipes from his new cookbook. The Rapper also shared the reason behind the cookbook was a product of his battles with ulcers and acid reflux  that he suffer with for years.  2 Chainz explains that he had to change the way he eats by making attempt to break the stereotype that all Southern food is unhealthy. The hip hop recording artist is using the platform of his music success to spread the message and saids:

“What you put in your body is what you get out.”

The Dr asks the rapper if he created his new cookbook 'Meal Time' out of a sense of social responsibility, 2 Chainz replied:

“I’m definitely not trying to be a preacher. I’m a rap artist first but at the same time I understand that I do have a platform. I just try to share some of the things, which would be the healthy lifestyle.”

Chainz added:

“I cut out the fried foods, I don’t drink any alcohol, I can’t have any orange juice, lemonade, things like that and it just developed a certain way for me to eat.”  The difference was almost immediate. “I felt like a whole other person.  I definitely felt younger. I had more energy.”
