The former NFL snapper Chad Johnson is putting a end to all the sex drama by filing a lawsuit suing two popular websites that showed his leaked sex tape. {You think!}
Okay here is the snap: The 34-year-old's lawsuit names WorldStarHipHop and Media Takeout, claiming the two websites posted the footage without his consent. Sacked Miami Dolphins wide receiver Chad wants unspecified damages and a court order blocking the websites from posting the footage ever again (per Daily Mail).
Now you know their more to the story when it snap on TMZ who states: Both websites removed the tape last Thursday following a cease-and-desist letter, but the former Dancing With The Stars contestant is claiming the damage was already done.
It comes after the athlete turned to the FBI to help finding out who made the leak. Johnson, who was last year divorced by wife Evelyn Lozada after he headbutted her, has acknowledged he was the male in the sex tape but says he doesn't know how it ended up online.
He believes it may have been hacked from his phone.
Sources told TMZ that the tape was shot roughly three years ago in a hotel room in Florida. Only bits and pieces of the video have made it online. The female in the video is Orlando native and model Theresa Runyon, who goes by the name 'Wankaego,' according to Black Sports Online.
The tape was leaked a couple days after Johnson's ex-wife, Evelyn Lozada, dropped her restraining order against him following his August arrest for domestic violence.
Since the no-contact order was lifted, the estranged couple have been tweeting with each other.
When asked by one follower on Christmas Day if the sex tape was going to stop him and Evelyn, 37, from reconciling, Johnson replied bluntly: 'F**k no, it's 3/4years old,' while Lozada tweeted, 'LMFAO,' at Internet reports of the raunchy video.
Sources tell the website Lozada, 37, would like to be on speaking terms with Johnson, 34, although it is unclear if she would like to reconcile. The courtroom appearance marked the first time Lozada and Johnson have been in the same room since his arrest. The former couple tied the knot on July 4, 2012. On August 11, Johnson was arrested on a charge of domestic battery.
