Tuesday reports broke loose that Tiny filed for Divorce from T.I. and now it is being said that the Diva want half of his estate, and everything... Tiny Harris said in her divorce papers that she and her kids have been living apart from husband TI for some time, and asked the court for alimony, child support and half of all the assets the exes accumulated during their marriage.
The former member of Xcsape revealed the current nature of her relationship with the “Whatever You Like” rapper in her divorce petition, which was filed earlier this month and exclusively obtained by BOSSIP. Tiny said her marriage is “irretrievably broken” and that there is no chance that they’ll get back together.The estranged wife of TI said they’ve been living apart for some time and asked the court for primary legal custody of their children.“The parties are living in a bona fide state of separation,” Tiny wrote in her petition.Indeed, tax records obtained by BOSSIP show Tiny has been paying property taxes on a $1.6 million mansion a few towns away from TI’s tony $2 million pad for at least a year, according to the Henry County Tax Department. The revelations will shatter their image as an intact blended family and call into question whether scenes from their reality show “The Family Hustle” were actually faked.
She’s asked for both temporary and permanent child support and alimony “in an amount consistent with the parties standard of living,” according to her court filing.Tiny also revealed that the couple has amassed a portfolio of properties and wealth, and wants TI to make a full accounting of their money and investment accounts because she said she is entitled to half. The mom said she believes TI has a bunch of money in a retirement account and wants that split down the middle too. She said they also acquired a number of cars during their relationship, and she wants half of those as well.
She also acknowledged that the couple is in debt – likely the millions they owe to the IRS – and said that because of TI’s high earning ability, he should be responsible for paying it off. Tiny said in the event that she and her rapper ex cannot agree on issues like child support, visitation and health insurance, that a judge should step in and decide. She said if TI tries to fight her for full custody, she wants a guardian and mental health expert to conduct an at-home study to see who would better parent the children, as well as mental health evaluations for both her and TI.The pair were married for six and a half years and have three kids, King, 12, Major, 8 and Heiress, nine months. Tiny also has an older daughter, budding singer Zonnique, from a previous relationship.
Damn Man we sure hope
they can work the marriage out... However neither T.I. nor Tiny have addressed
the split on social media, but it appears their relationship remains amicable.
