"Baylee Curran seems to have a thing for the limelight.
The blonde beauty queen, who claims Chris Brown threatened her at gunpoint at his Tarzana home Tuesday, was seen 13 days prior to the incident getting chummy with a paparazzi photographer in West Hollywood, smooching his cheek and even checking out the shots he had snapped of her.
These just-received shots come of the heels of claims Curran 'set up' the Forever singer made Friday by Brown's attorney Mark Geragos, who said that Curran lied in the incident, has a history of making false accusations and purportedly mapped out her plans to frame Brown in a text to a pal.
Curran said that the incident unfolded when she complimented a jeweler at the Grammy-winner's house on a diamond necklace he was showing the houseguests, sending Brown into a profane rage in which he held her at gunpoint.
Not so, according to Brown's legal ace Geragos, who said in a news conference at his Downtown Los Angeles office Friday that Bailey became 'irate when she was asked to leave because she was acting in an erratic manner.'
Four private investigators digging into Curran's background have learned of 'no less than three' situations involving Curran in which 'similar acts and similar false accusations' were made. He added that 'there are active investigations on her on both coasts."
