"Beyonce's mom Tina Knowles credits her three-year-old granddaughter Blue Ivy with convincing her to marry for a second time.

Tina, 61, who tied the knot with actor Richard Lawson, 68, on April 12, tells People magazine that the little girl asked them when they were going to get married during a vacation with Beyonce and Jay Z last September.

'Richard said, 'Oh, Blue, soon. Do you approve?' And she said yes. That's the first time we talked seriously about getting married.' Tina told the publication."
