As you may know by now that Madonna made a memorable performance that no one will ever forget. The 56^th year old singer hit the stage Wednesday night's at the 2015 BRIT Awards in the London's 02 Arena to snap off with a hot performance, and something went wrong with her fabulous cape causing her to fall backwards tumble on the stage. And now the material Diva is explained what how her grand entrance was an epic fail. See what she said on the inside.

During the final of the night Madonna who start to sing ‘Living For Love’, failed to untie her cape in time for her dancers to rip it away as she took to the making her take a fabulous fall. The Singer looked shocked at the moment, and briefly stopped singing - after she fell down a set of stairs, but picked herself back up and continued to rock the stage with finish her performance.

The Singer than took to Instagram to explain the embarrassing moment laughing off the incident she said her Armani cape was simply tied 'too tight'.

She also wrote: 'Armani hooked me up! My beautiful cape was tied too tight! But nothing can stop me and love really lifted me up! Thanks for your good wishes! I'm fine! #livingforlove.'
