After Monday night's concert in Barcelona, Yonce was back on mommy duty Tuesday as she took her little Diva out for a top-notch meal, with hubby-boo Jay Z. The Fam head to upscale Restaurant Windsor when Blu was snap being hold by her dad, dressed in a little fab leopard-print fur vest, along with a white long-sleeved top, black leggins, long socks and shoes, while she sport a hair bun looking like a little fashionista.
