"Moesha star Marcus Paulk has been charged with domestic assault. Paulk had initially been arrested in August after turning himself in, and he was then booked at the Los Angeles Police Department's Van Nuys Jail on a charge of corporal injury on a spouse.
His alleged victim Andi Roxx told TMZ a verbal disagreement escalated into a physical altercation, and the angry actor punched her in the face then kicked her in the stomach.
And while the rapper admits she also threw punches, she is the one who ended up in the hospital.
It has now emerged he has been formally been charged with domestic violence and battery.
The incident started at a Beverly Hills nightclub called Confidential.
Roxx claims she and Paulk got into a verbal argument because he believed she was not paying enough attention to him.
The rapper claimed the fight got physical when they went home and she alleged that Paulk punched her in the chin.
Roxx said she hit her boyfriend back and split his lip, and he then retaliated with a punch to her stomach.
She also claimed he told her to grab her belongings and leave and also kicked her in the stomach.
The hip hop hopeful said she went to the hospital the next morning with internal injuries and she told police who were summoned what allegedly happened."
