Staying focus and dedicated to her health and fitness while looking Oh So Diva-ish with or without makeup a bare face Kelly Rowland is keeping it fit come rain or shine here in the sunshine city. And the Diva looked every inch as a fresh-faced beauty while she strolled along in the Florida sun.. And you know you the bomb when you don't have on makeup and still look naturally cute.

The 32 year old singer and x-factor judge was spotted hanging out solo and chillaxing down here in the hot city of Miami Beach On Friday. Kelly was so in relax mode as she looked cool as a cucumber despite having just completed an intense workout. {Did she break a sweat, Dang girl you good.}
The fitness-focused star wore her hair in a up do ponytail pulled away from her face in a sport like cropped black leggings and a purple and white striped top which she teamed with a pair of purple Nike trainers looking toned in her Nike workout outfit. Want to get that 'Rowland' body well you can because she recently released a fitness DVD Sexy Abs Cardio Sculpt which is snapping off the shelves from what I'm hearing. { I so need this in my life!}
