Since Mom Kim is Knock up again, somebody in the house beside hubby Kroy has to bring the $ green $ in . Considering that Kim will have her hands full with two new babies. The Don't Be Tardy star Kim revealed last month that she was expecting twins with her 27-year-old football playing Boo-Man, who she already has two sons with. Kim will now be a mother of five kids:
'I'm having twins and I couldn't be more excited. I was completely shocked. I had no idea,' Kim told E! News.
'It was a natural conception, but twins do run in the family, so I guess I shouldn't have been surprised,' she added.
Although she couldn't be there to watch, Kim, sure was certainly snappin about Brielle, as she tweeted:
'It's almost show time for my angel @BrielleZolciak so sad I'm not there!
'I know you will do great! @MichaelKuluva congrats doll ur fab!!!'
Already having four children to look after, the Bravo preggo star sent two of her friends along to support Brielle while she also tweeted:
'I'm sooo blessed to have my two BFF Jen and @ShunMelson with @BrielleZolciak in NYC @MichaelKuluva fashion show!!''#grateful #sosupportive.'

Most who showed up in NYC for the fashion show watch the teenage fashion Diva get fashionable in a slightly controversial T-shirt that read 'Pretty Lil B*tch' on the front, rocking in 70s style gold platform boots and her blonde hair tied back in a tight bun and day glow makeup covering her young face. The aspiring model Brielle was almost not recognizable as the Southern belle who is often seen by her reality star's Mom side.
Shown in above pic, Brielle was joined backstage by celebrity blogger Perez Hilton and figure skater Johnny Weir, who were both as equally brightly dressed for the show.
Wow I had know idea that Brielle was model material...
